Our Story

Ice cream that tastes good and does good.

We're Udderly Lush. A young British ice cream brand, made by hand at Bakery Towers in Park Royal, London. We were incubated an stated by the Imagineering team at Taste Good Does Good, a 10 year business and social experiment to test a new way of doing business, while many focus wealth creation for its shareholders at the cost of others, we use our purpose driven sustainable business model to help break the cycle of poverty and create a more equitable food system. With an unwavering commitment to use our innovative and sustainable business model as powerful catalyst for change, by creating new food business then gifting 75% to talented foodies from disadvantaged background and the 25% residual shares asset locked for the betterment of the communities operate in. That's not a percentage of profit. That's 15% of revenue, going straight into the food banks that need it most.

The numbers  In 2025 alone: -

  • 410 clients booked us - 92% called their event "truly memorable" -

The startup gift

When we launch a new food brand under our group, we gift 75% of the shares to a young chef from a disadvantaged background. The other 25% is asset-locked — when it's realised, the funds go to a local community wealth fund.  That's how we build up young chefs who couldn't otherwise afford to start a new business or access funding. With each new business and entrepreneur nurtured through this model, the movement gains momentum, amplifying its impact on communities and the world. We would love to inspire large, global food brands to adopt a similar purpose-driven approach and  believe this would be the tipping point for real, lasting change in the fight against food inequality, creating a world where everyone has access to nutritious food and opportunities to thrive. Over the coming years we plan to grow the brand around the country so the model become part of the fabric of the community

Every scoop you buy from us — at a wedding, a festival, a corporate event, or straight from our lush lab — puts food on a real table somewhere in the UK. Not later. Not "when we hit a target." That week, every week  — Team Udderly Lush
