This is our biggest public-facing format, built for the scale of a proper festival crowd rather than a single hosted event. Because pricing at this scale depends on expected footfall, pitch size, and how long the pop-up runs, we quote every booking individually rather than publishing a flat rate.
If you're planning a large public event or festival with 1,500 guests or more expected through the site, tell us your date, location, times, pitch size and services offered, expected footfall, and footfall or turnover from the previous year, and we'll come back with a quote built around your event. If your total booking value crosses £1,000, a free 2-hour unlimited candy floss station is included automatically as part of the quote.

What's the minimum footfall for this format?
1,500 guests. Below that, our Retail Cart or one of our hosted event experiences is likely to be a better fit.
