This tier sits a step above our standard soft-serve bookings and works well anywhere a sundae bar reads as more of an occasion than a straightforward ice cream stand — weddings, milestone birthdays, and events wanting a loaded, generous-feeling sundae moment. What if we go over 100 guests?
Every additional guest is charged at £5.50. Tell us your expected numbers when you enquire and we'll confirm the total.
What are the four sundae options?
Tell us your preference at enquiry stage and we'll confirm the current menu for your date — the range is designed to be genuinely loaded rather than a token scoop and sauce.
Are the toppings and sauces included?
Yes. Nine extra toppings and five sauces come as standard on top of the four sundae options, no extra charge.
Can we add candy floss or another category?
Yes. Add Do Us A Flavour Imagineering, extra hours, or another category, and if your total booking crosses £1,000 you'll get a free 2-hour candy floss station included — worth £140.
Do we need power?
No. Our cart runs off its own power station — you don't need to provide mains electricity or a generator.
Are you insured?
Yes. £5m public liability. Food Hygiene Rating 5. Every event has full paperwork attached to the confirmation email.
