This is the whole range at full scale, built as an environment rather than a station. A 12×20m lounge with DJ runs six hours of slush and shake mocktail service, full at-table ice cream service, and a dedicated ice cream bar. Outside, a 6×10m space set up with white, pink and black cowhide-covered inflatable furniture, a hot tub, and 2-metre-height cow structures for shade and privacy turns the whole footprint into a destination rather than a corner of the room.

Choose the mocktails-only tier at £4,000, or step up to the full bar with beers, wines and cocktails at £7,500. Both cover up to 250 guests across six hours, and both come from one crew, one setup, and one invoice — because this crosses the £1,000 threshold many times over, your free 2-hour candy floss station is included automatically, on top of everything above.

What if we go over 250 guests?

This is a bespoke quote once you're past the 250 cap — get in touch with your numbers and we'll price it up.

Do we get the candy floss station too?

Yes. Because this package is well over £1,000, the free 2-hour unlimited candy floss station is included automatically, in addition to everything listed above.

Can we add a bespoke Lush Lab flavour?

Yes. Add Do Us A Flavour Imagineering (£300, credited back against this booking) for a flavour named after your event, invented specifically for the day.

Do we need power?

No. Our lounge setup runs off our own power stations — you don't need to provide mains electricity or a generator, though we can use mains where it's available.

Are you licensed for alcohol service?

Yes, for the £7,500 tier. Our dessert mixology and bar service run under the appropriate licensing for each venue and event.

Are you insured?

Yes. £5m public liability. Food Hygiene Rating 5. Every event has full paperwork attached to the confirmation email.
